ProofVision outdoor TVs are waterproof and are designed to be installed and used in areas where water and moisture are an issue.

Swimming pool areas have tighter regulations on installing electrical appliances so it is important that the below guidance is followed when installing a ProofVision outdoor TV by a swimming pool.

Swimming pool zones
Below is a diagram which sets out swimming pool zone dimensions.

Installing a ProofVision TV
ProofVision TVs are at least IPX5 rated which mean they are protected against jets of water and use a 240v power input.
Following electrical regulations for swimming pools, our TVs should be installed in zone 2, which means at least 2m away from poolside.
