HDMI displaying 'No Signal' error message

If you are trying to connect a device via one of the HDMI ports on your TV and the TV is displaying the 'No signal' message, then please follow the below steps to resolve.
  1. Check HDMI cable is connected to back of TV securely and TV is on correct HDMI channel.

  2. Check device is emitting correct resolution
    If the resolution from the source is higher than the maximum resolution of the TV (i.e. 4K resolution on 1080p TV), then no picture will display.
    Connect the source into another TV with higher max resolution, use the settings to manually change source resolution and reconnect.
