My toothbrush has stopped charging on the toothbrush charger unit

If your toothbrush is no longer charging, follow the below information to help us resolve for you.
  1. Test on original toothbrush charger
    We always recommend checking the toothbrush on the originally supplied charger cable it is supplied with to ensure that the toothbrush is fully operational and charging correctly.

  2. Check power input to unit
    Ensure that all cables are still in place, if any are loose, re-connect to the wiring block.
    We recommend that all electrical work is carried out by a qualified electrician or someone competent with electrics.  
If the above does not work, then there is 1 option for resolution under the original 2 year warranty:
  1. Contact the retailer or wholesaler you purchased your TBCharge
    The retailer/wholesaler you purchased your TBCharge unit from will be able to service your warranty and arrange a swap of the faulty unit with a new one
