There are 2 methods of connecting to the internet to access the smart features:
1. Wi-Fi
The small antenna on the back of the TV is what picks up the Wi-Fi signal.
Because the TV is built in to the wall, it is important customers understand that signal may be weakened. To counteract this, customers should consider bringing the Wi-Fi signal as close to the bathroom as possible via use of a booster/extender or use option 2.
2. RJ45 – a.k.a. Ethernet
The RJ45 is for accepting a wired internet connection into the TV. This is always far more reliable than Wi-Fi.
