ProofVision WebOS Bathroom Smart TVs can be connected to external speakers using the audio out ports in the inputs area on the back of the TV.
There are options for:
- A standard audio out which is a 3.5mm jack
- Optical audio out port
- HDMI ARC connection.
- Bluetooth*
(*We recommend that a provision for a cabled connection is made at the point of install to maximize audio streaming quality.)
Please check the specification of the speaker/amplifier to ensure these ports are present.
There are various configurations for external audio set up:
- An external amplifier which is connected to passive speaker(s).
- An active speaker (speaker with amplifier built in) - can either be stand-alone or connected to a passive speaker.
