WebOS - Setting up IP Control

ProofVision TVs with WebOS smart software are able to be controlled via IP control and can be integrated with your home automation project. 
To set up IP control on the TV:

Method 1
  1. On the remote, press the Settings button. The quick settings menu will appear on the left side of the screen.
  2. Go to the 5th option down for 'More options' which will open the larger settings menu
  3. Go down to Network settings but do not press enter, on the remote press in sequence 8 2 8 8 8
  4. The hidden IP control installer menu will appear at the top left, press enter to bring up the settings.
  5. Turn on the following 3 settings:
    1. Network IP Control (Generate a keycode and keep note of it as it will be needed when connecting from your network)
    2. Wake on LAN
    3. Control4 SDDP
Method 2
  1. Navigate to a source with no active content (AV, HDMI etc.) which will display a 'No Signal' message.
  2. Hold down the Settings or Menu button on the remote until the Channel banner appears at the lower left.
  3. While the Channel banner is showing, press in sequence 2 5 0 3 which will bring up the hidden menu.
  4. Select IP Control settings from the menu.
