What happens if I damage my bathroom TV

ProofVision TVs are manufactured using a thick 5mm glass front which means that while they are strong, they must be handled with care at all times to avoid risk of damage.

In the event of accidental damage of a TV, we would not be able to replace or repair F.O.C. under the T&Cs of warranty, but ProofVision run a repair/service centre from our head office in Northolt and can offer a special repair service at a fraction of the cost of a new TV to replace it.

To enquire about our repair service or report accidental damage on a TV, please contact our customer service team on 0203 4111 693 opt. 2 or customerservice@proofvision.co.uk

NOTE: This section does not cover courier damage or loss in transit.
